Summer Music Camp Policy 2017
Fees:
Please bring the following: weather appropriate clothes, water bottle, small snack, and big smile! If I need your child to bring anything else, I will request that by email.

Fees:
- Fees must be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the first camp your child is attending to hold your spot otherwise I will consider that spot available.
- Once I have received your registration, I will email you with a list of payment options.
- Refund will be calculated as such:
- camp fees will be readjusted to the number of camps your child attended, not the number they were signed up for.
- 80% of the unused fees will be refunded provided your notice is more than 48 hours before the next camp.
- Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice or a no-show will not receive a refund for that camp.
- If the camp dates you signed up for no longer work with your schedule, you may request a date change. I cannot guarantee availability. The refund policy will still apply as outlined above if you chose to cancel because you are unable to switch camps.
- You may also find someone to fill your child’s spot. I will not reimburse the camp fee if this is the decision. The new child will need to submit a registration form and make note that they are taking your child’s spot.
- I will try to update the number of camp spots available,
- however, in the event that you choose a camp that fills before an update can be made you will be notified with a list of other options to choose from.
- Waiting list - If all camp spots have filled up or you are only available for certain dates you will be added to a waiting list and called in case of opening due to cancelation or someone’s failure to pay their fee on time.
- Myself as camp leader by being attentive during instruction
- Other campers by respecting their personal space and using encouraging language.
- All music equipment, materials, and my home.
- If your child becomes unruly during camp and I can no longer have a safe learning environment, you will be called to come pick up your child.
- Please send your child to camp dressed appropriately for the weather. Some of our activities will take place outside. I also suggest a change of clothes - just in case :)
- If your child is sick or unable to come for any reason, please let me know so I am not expecting you.
- I will do all that I can to provide a safe environment for your child. If your child is injured, I will provide basic first aid care and let you know when you pick up your child. If your child needs more care than I can provide I will call you to pick up your child. I am not liable for any accident that your child experiences.
- Media - I may be taking pictures and video of your kids during camp to help promote future camps. Media may be posted to my website, blog, or Harmony Music Facebook page. Your child’s name will never be disclosed by me.
